Who I Am

I'm a Senior Executive with over 25 years of experience leading large-scale transformation across some of the world's most complex industrial organizations — Siemens, Siemens Energy, and Siemens Gamesa.

My work sits at the intersection of Supply Chain, Organizational Change, and Digitalization. I've led teams of more than 1,900 people, carried P&L responsibility exceeding €1 billion, and driven SAP S/4HANA rollouts across multiple continents. I've been part of spin-offs, IPOs, and board-level strategy — and I've seen first-hand what makes transformation succeed or fail.

The answer is almost never the technology.

What I Believe

Strategy without execution is a slideshow. Execution without people is a project that nobody believes in.

Real transformation happens when people genuinely commit — not comply, not tolerate. Commit. That distinction is what I've built my career on. Change Management isn't a workstream or a communication plan. It's the foundation. Everything else follows.

In an age of AI and accelerating disruption, I believe the human dimension of leadership matters more than ever — not less.

What I Do Today

As Head of Functional Excellence & Digitalization at Siemens Energy, I lead global digital transformation initiatives, SAP rollouts across international sites, and cross-functional change programs that bridge strategy and execution.
